Castle Hill Equestrian Centre:


From Dublin
Take the Julianstown Exit off M1.
Head towards Drogheda.
Go by the Apple Garage on your RHS, after Apple Garage about 200m on the RHS you will see a turn to the RIGHT (Take this turn – It’s the OLD MOSNEY ROAD).
At the end of that road there will be a T Junction, TURN LEFT, you will pass the old Mosney, keep straight, the road gets very twisty, you will pass greenhouses and then you will go over a hump back bridge keep following the road straight until you come to a really tight bend in the road (beep here!) Castlehill entrance is the second one on the LHS.

From Belfast
Take the Julianstown exit (beside City North) Head for Julianstown/Drogheda.

Castle Leslie Equestrian Centre:


From Dublin
Take the M1 towards Belfast, then take the Ardee/Derry exit (N2).
Just before Ardee, go straight through the first roundabout and take the second exit off the next roundabout for N2 Derry.
(Do not go into Ardee - follow through for N2 Derry).
Follow the N2 (signed for Derry / Monaghan) all the way to Monaghan town, bypassing Carrickmacross and Castleblayney.
Continue on the N2 until you reach the sign entering Monaghan town.
At the first roundabout, take the second exit signposted for Derry on the Monaghan bypass. (Do not go into Monaghan town).
Continue to the second small roundabout and take the first exit.
Take the third exit off the next roundabout signposted for Armagh (N12).
Continue for approx. two miles until you see a signpost for Glaslough (N185). Turn left here.
Continue until you meet the Castle Leslie Estate wall (a 9ft high stone wall).
Follow it into the village of Glaslough, turn left at the T-Junction at the top of the village, then right and the bottom of the hill (signposted Caledon). The entrance to the Equestrian centre is about 300 yards on the right hand side, through the big gates.


From Dundalk
Take the Castleblayney Road (N53) from Dundalk.
Continued to Castleblayney, take the left hand turn at the T-Junction (signposted Dublin).
At the roundabout take the 2nd exit (signposted N2 for Derry).
You are now on the Castleblayney by-pass.
Follow same directions as above when you get to Monaghan.

Cheval Showgrounds:

Take the Finglas exit off the M50
Head onto the M2
Take the Rathoath/Ashbourne exit off the M2
At the Rathoath/Ashbourne roundabout take the Swords exit
Take the 2nd left on this road (Show should be signposted here)
You will come to a fork in this road, take the right turn
Cheval Showgrounds is on this road on the right hand side

Circle T Ranch:  (Map)

Leave the M1 at junction 16, then at roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the N52 (signposted Ardee, Dundalk South)
Continue forward onto Dublin Road
Turn right onto the N1
After crossing Fane River turn right onto Commons Road
Take first left onto Little Road, and it is the first on the left.

Kernan's Equestrian Centre:

Kernan's Equestrian Centre is on the Newry road out of Crossmaglen on the right hand side on the outskirts of the town. For those travelling from the south the directions are:
Leave the M1 at junction 17 (Castlebalney / Dundalk)
At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the N53 (signposted Castleblayney)
Continue to Cullaville then take the right turn for Crossmaglen (at the petrol station)
In Crossmaglen turn left and immediately turn right (Newry Road).
Kernan's is on the right a short distance past the Church on the outskirts of the town.

PIPERSTOWN LIVERY, Grangebellew, Drogheda, Co.Louth:

From M50 (South Leinster)
  • Take M1 exit (Drogheda/Belfast)
  • Stay on M1 until passing through Toll Plaza at Drogheda South
  • Take first exit after Boyne Suspension Bridge.
  • At junction (1st roundabout) take 4th exit, signed Drogheda
  • At 2nd roundabout continue straight thought
  • At 3rd Roundabout take first exit (signed Dunleer) R132
  • Aprox.1 mile (popes monument RH side) Turn right here and continue forward
  • At next X roads turn Left. Aprox.3 miles Piperstown on LH side

Travelling from Slane
Continue to Drogheda and follow directions as above starting at junction (1st roundabout) taking 3rd exit, signed Drogheda.

From NI, Dundalk on M1 travelling South
  • Take exit marked Collon/Dunleer
  • At junction turning Left onto R162 (signed Dunleer) -at junction turning Left ontp R132 (Dunleer town)
  • Take first Right turn (Wogans DIY) R170 continue forward aprx. 8 miles Piperstown on RH side. Travelling from Monaghan/ Ardee North (N2)
  • Ardee town north, at roundabout take exit N33 signed (Belfast/Dublin M1) -next junction/ roundabout take 3rd exit onto M1 south (Drogheda. Dublin)
  • Aprox. 2.5 miles exit onto R162 (Collon/Dunleer), continue as above at Dunleer town
